To give you the perfect balance of aroma and sweetness, we use authentic Himalayan spices(ginger, cardamom, pepper, cinnamon, aniseed, nutmeg and cloves) and infuse them with organic Nepalese black tea leaves and a hint of organic honey.

Brewing Chai at home
To create your Himalayan Chai sensation, add 4 teaspoons of sticky chai and a cup of dairy or non- dairy milk or water to a sauce pan. Add honey/jaggery to sweeten if desired. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes, sprinkle the cinnamon powder on top, and your perfect Himalayan sticky chai is ready.
If you have an espresso coffee machine, add 4 teaspoons of sticky chai and your favorite milk to the milk jar and add honey/jaggery to sweeten if desired. Give it a good mix when steaming, for a frothy and delightful chai.
Strain chai into a cup and your Himalayan Chai is ready!
